更加节能:使用低温碳粉后,设备可以不必像以往用较高的温度来溶解碳粉,此外,还可以降低其他零件的耐热程度,从而达到降低能耗的效果;

更加环保:废弃的高温碳粉在埋在土壤中,需要几百年的时间才能完全被分解掉,对比之下,低温碳粉的分解时间大大减少;

更高品质:低温碳粉印刷出来的画面更加光亮、细腻,从而达到更高的印刷品质;

更高效率:低温的特性可以做到瞬间溶解与瞬间凝固,可以达到更快的印刷速度、提高印刷效率。

在低温碳粉的研发之路,虹采彩色科技公司的每一步都走得无比坚实。2003年,虹采开始接触与了解低温碳粉工艺,直至2014年,虹彩正式召集了24名研发人员,花费4年半、2000万美金,实现了碳粉温度从115℃降到110℃,紧接着实现102℃的低温彩粉的批量生产。目前,在实验室中,可实现96℃的低温碳粉工艺。在接下来的5-10年,虹采将致力于将低温的标准降至70℃。并追求在更多物品表面进行印刷,实现在日常生活中多场景的应用。

如今,虹采的低温碳粉已远销北美、欧洲以及亚洲部分国家与地区。在第十八届珠海国际办公设备及耗材展览会上,虹采将会带来复印机的低温彩粉产品的展示,以及新的展示产品如施乐第六、七代彩粉及夏普MX系列通用型高亮度彩粉,还会提供低温彩粉应用的技术服务。同时,虹采也希望在国内能够找到优质的合作代理商。此外,虹采的总经理James Chen E-Hon博士将在10月17日的再生时代全球行业峰会现场作为嘉宾进行演讲。

Toner manufacturers have begun to develop toner with a lower melting temperature, which not only meets the requirements of modern technology for energy saving and environmental protection, but also achieves a presentation effect with uniform composition, good color and high transparency.

On the road of low-temperature toner R&D and manufacturing, Hongcai Color Technology Co., Ltd. (Booth No. 6335 at Regeneration Times Zhuhai International Office Exhibition) has always kept its original intention and has broken through one technical bottleneck after another in this field. At present, the production and manufacturing process of its low-temperature color powder has been reduced to 102°C , and in the laboratory, it can even reach a low-temperature process of 98°C . More energy-saving : After using low-temperature toner, the equipment does not need to use higher temperatures to dissolve the toner as before. In addition, the heat resistance of other parts can be reduced, thereby achieving the effect of reducing energy consumption;

More environmentally friendly: It takes hundreds of years for discarded high-temperature carbon powder to be completely decomposed when buried in the soil. In contrast, the decomposition time of low-temperature carbon powder is greatly reduced;

Higher quality: The images printed by low-temperature toner are brighter and more delicate, thus achieving higher printing quality;

Higher efficiency : The low temperature characteristics can achieve instant dissolution and instant solidification, which can achieve faster printing speed and improve printing efficiency.

In the research and development of low-temperature toner, every step of Rainbow Color Technology Co., Ltd. is extremely solid. In 2003, Rainbow began to contact and understand the low-temperature toner process. Until 2014, Rainbow officially convened 24 R&D personnel, spent 4 and a half years and 20 million US dollars, and realized the reduction of toner temperature from 115℃ to 110℃, and then realized the mass production of low-temperature color powder at 102℃. At present, in the laboratory, the low-temperature toner process of 96℃ can be achieved. In the next 5-10 years, Rainbow will be committed to reducing the low temperature standard to 70℃. Today, Hongcai’s low-temperature toner has been exported to North America, Europe and some countries and regions in Asia. At the 18th Zhuhai International Office Equipment and Consumables Exhibition , Hongcai will bring a display of low-temperature color powder products for copiers , as well as new display products such as Xerox’s sixth and seventh generation color powders and Sharp MX series universal high-brightness color powders , and will also provide technical services for the application of low-temperature color powders.
